HAWA 2015
"We went walking" is a memory painting from our travels over the past summer. WA? and HA! both painted this work together, at the same time. So when combined... our arty superpowers (in the shape of....!) we become HAWA. This painting offers a fantasy view of several places we were last summer in the forests, lakes and rivers, driving ribbons of highway along the coast and nature parks hiking with joyful abandon. We love our home state of Oregon and this painting is a celebration of the shapes and colors and views we absorbed.
